Lead-free soft solder specially designed for capillary joining of sanitary installations.

These consumables offer the greatest ease of use for maximum security assemblies. All products are cadmium and lead free so that they can safely be used in all potable, hot and cold water installations. The specially designed solder paste in ready-to-use form contains both the filler metal alloy in powder form and the necessary flux. A stable paste consistency is achieved through the use of a special binder which maintains both components in homogeneous suspension.
Solder pastes allow the operator to work with greater security since full penetration of the joint is assured. Preplacement of the filler metal removes the need to rely only on capillary action to fill the joints. Moreover, since the filler metal powder is heated at the same time as the joint, a faster melting of the alloy will be achieved, thus saving operator time, reducing loading of the heating source and minimizing heat input. The solder paste, when used with the continuous wire, also acts as a perfect temperature indicator.
